Frequently Asked Questions
"Each of our limited edition prints are the result of an extensive process, involving sourcing the vehicle, setting up the correct lighting and location, followed by editing and enhancements, adjusting and refining the printing process, the hand-signing, framing and finally securing your bespoke artwork in sturdy packaging, ready for safe delivery to your home, wherever you are across the globe." - Simon Wright, founder and curator
How is your wall art packaged?
Customers are consistently impressed with our packaging. Framed, canvas and aluminium composite prints are sealed and secured inside bubble wrap, with corner protectors, a thick foam insert and inside double-walled corrugated card and the box is wrapped in 'Fragile' tape to ensure safe handling of your order. Print-only orders are delivered inside a thick walled 3 inch diameter tube to ensure the fine art paper's structure isn't compromised.
Which fine art paper do you use?
Handcrafted in Nottingham, our framed and unframed prints are produced using museum-quality fine art paper, 100% cotton, 215 gsm, acid-free, with a high white finish and silky smooth surface. We use Lucia Pro and L-COA PRO inks.
Which frame materials do you use?
Our wood finish frames are made from Polcore®. Resembling natural wood, Polcore is an environmentally-friendly picture moulding material, with a ‘virgin’ layer on the outside which provides a smooth wood-effect surface on which to finish.
While a broad range of natural wood materials are available on request, Polcore is more sustainable as it uses recycled materials, is lighter, stronger, and can be cut using a more accurate mitre guillotine that has a higher degree of accuracy, ensuring better fit and finish and enhanced durability.
Alternative print options
Our alternative canvas and metal print options are hand-assembled from natural wood canvas, aluminium composite, and for our supersize format, Ultra HD Aluminium.
Will you really only ever make 100 of each product?
Yes, at Limited100 we work exclusively in partnership with a carefully selected group of the finest, most skilled automotive photographers. We guarantee that we will only ever produce 100 of each image, regardless of which size or material you choose.
Are all prints hand-signed?
Print-only and framed prints have 'Commissioned by Limited100' on the bottom left border area, and product name and artist on the bottom right border area.
For canvas and metal wall art prints, the design is edge-to-edge and the artist's signature is within the print on the bottom right, e.g.:
- All ready-to-hang options include an aluminium decal on the reverse, complete with 'Made in Britain' seal of quality, with your edition number hand-written.
- All print options include a signed certificate of authenticity, complete with the artist's and curator's signatures, your artwork details and edition number.

Why does each product come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
To verify that your print is one of a run of 100, we include a certificate of authenticity detailing which edition (e.g. '9/100') your product is, complete with our curator's and the artist's signature, details of your artwork including title, your specific print dimension and format variation.
On fine art paper prints we include a handwritten edition number, e.g. "9/100". On canvas and aluminium prints there is no number on the artwork as it is an edge-to-edge image with no border or mount. All orders, regardless of print material, are delivered to you with a certificate of authenticity.
How much is UK and international delivery?
UK delivery is free and international delivery varies by region.
How long does production and delivery take?
Our products are proudly made-to-order. Once your order is made, our printing and framing process begins for your individual print order. If made before 2pm, production begins the same working day as your order is placed.
At Limited100 our priority is to create an exceptional product without compromise, maximising accuracy and durability. Therefore, please allow a minimum of one working day for your order to be prepared and three working days for delivery.
Once complete your item will be delivered via one of our premium carrier partners, subject to carrier availability.
Do framed, canvas and aluminium composite prints come with fitting kits?
- All print formats (except print-only) are supplied ready-to-hang.
- Supersize, A0 / XL and A1 / L framed and canvas prints are installed with metal hanging hooks.
- A2 / M and A3 / S framed and canvas prints are installed with hanging strings.
- All aluminium composite prints are fitted with metal hanging hooks.
- As different customers have different wall thicknesses and location preferences, we do not supply hanging nails.
