The purchasing process was simple and Simon was great in giving me information throughout the process. I even needed to change the delivery date as I was not going to be home on and didn't want it outside in the Snow. Simon coordinated everything and the photo arrived unscathed on the day it was meant to. This is why you use a professional outfit such as Parcelforce! All in all, amazing service, product and delivery and I shall be buying another when the time comes."
