ABOUT THIS COMMISSION
The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ is a high-performance supercar that represents the pinnacle of Lamborghini's Aventador lineup. With a 6.5-litre V12 engine producing 759 bhp and 531 lb-ft, it boasts staggering acceleration and a top speed of over 217 mph. The SVJ, which stands for Superveloce Jota, is known for its aerodynamic enhancements, including active aerodynamics and aero vectoring, allowing it to handle with exceptional precision and agility on the track. It also features a lightweight carbon fibre construction and a sophisticated all-wheel-drive system, making it a stunning and incredibly capable vehicle that combines raw power with cutting-edge technology.

              ABOUT THE ARTIST
              Paul Ward has been a professional photographer for over twenty years now, and recently won his category at the British Photography Awards. Over the years his work has been published in many books and magazines both in the UK and internationally and his architectural images currently adorn the walls aboard Cunard’s flagship Queen Mary 2. Paul’s passion for cars started when he bought his first Austin Mini almost 30 years ago and ever since then he has been obsessed with both classic cars and modern supercars, so, as an image-maker, it’s not surprising that automobile photography has become a passion of his too.
