We are extremely proud to announce that Limited100 has commissioned a one-off bespoke print for Vicki Butler-Henderson of Vicki's all-time favourite car, titled 'Lamborghini Diablo GT', digitally-drawn by hand over nearly 30 hours by award-winning photographer Paul Ward, then handcrafted from sustainable, museum-quality materials in our Nottingham print shop.
Nottingham-based petrolhead Simon Wright launched Limited100 - an online store selling made-to-order limited run automotive prints during the early stages of lockdown. Since the beginning, his focus has been on expanding the range and networking with the biggest names in the car business, to spread the word and support some of the UK’s leading automotive photographers.
Simon added: “For any start-up business it's important in the early stages to at least ‘be known’. Naturally, engaging with key automotive influencers was always going to be a key focus. Having got in touch with Vicki Butler-Henderson back in October, I was delighted to receive a call from her. Having watched Vicki on Top Gear and Fifth Gear from a young age, and more recently The Car Years and the Auto Express Podcast, it all felt a bit surreal. I was keen to find a way that we could work with Vicki. The problem was, we didn’t have Vicki’s dream car listed on our site! Namely, a yellow Lamborghini Diablo GT.
“Being the motoring icon Vicki is, we were only too happy to oblige and thankfully, Paul Ward, our Founding Photographer, rose to the challenge, creating a bespoke one-off commission for Vicki from his studio, an artistic rendering of the Lamborghini Diablo GT, which took him nearly 30 hours to create.”
Paul (left) added: “I’ve taken a lot of car shots over the years, but I’ve never had the chance to shoot one of these rare Lamborghinis. Obviously, we didn’t want to let Vicki down, so I decided to try and create my own rendering of one to see if my Photoshop skills would translate into a bespoke drawing. A few days later I had something I was really proud of and since then I’ve done more renders of other iconic cars such as a Mercedes 300SL Gullwing and the famous Lotus Esprit Submarine from ‘The Spy Who Loved Me’. We’ve also released a run of Diablo GT prints without Vicki’s initials, available here.
“I’m very proud that some of my art will be hanging on Vicki’s wall, I’ve been a fan of hers for many years and even met her briefly once at Chateau Impney Hill Climb a couple of years back while she was waiting to interview Duncan Pittaway about his incredible Fiat S76 ‘Beast of Turin’.”

About Limited100 and its Founder, Simon Wright
With a background in online retail and as an avid car enthusiast since a very young age, Nottingham-based Simon Wright (right) always wanted to fuse his two biggest passions, but could never think of a valid business idea. During the early stages of lockdown, Simon was looking for some automotive art for his first home but struggled to find anything that was truly special and iconic.
Simon happened upon this Miura picture from a Google search and got in touch with Paul Ward, the first of four photographers to list their artwork on the Limited100 website. It was at this point Simon decided to start forming partnerships with automotive photographers to create his own range of bespoke, handcrafted wall art.
Simon added: "Like the rarest, most collectible cars, I wanted to create something that ignites the same passion car enthusiasts feel when they see their dream car in the metal. All of our products are handcrafted in my home city of Nottingham from museum-quality materials, signed and numbered by the artist, delivered with a signed certificate of authenticity and brushed aluminium decal on the reverse.
“We offer our prints in a range of formats; print-only, framed, canvas and aluminium composite in a range of sizes, but each image is limited to 100 units, ever. So far, our wall art has arrived in over 70 petrolheads' homes across the globe in the UK, America, Canada, Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and as far as Thailand, Japan and Australia, with excellent customer feedback. Throughout 2021 we will further expand our product range to appeal to an even wider range of car enthusiasts' tastes".
