FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Nottinghamshire, England - Simon Wright, founder of the British automotive print house Limited100, has launched OCTAD.ONE, a new collector-grade fine art initiative built around a single, uncompromising idea: eight 1-of-1 large-format artworks, each permanently retired the moment it is acquired.

Where Limited100 made its name on accessible exclusivity; capping every print run at 100 and shipping handcrafted automotive wall art to collectors in over a dozen countries, OCTAD.ONE inverts the model entirely. There are no editions. There is no reissue. Once a piece from the Octad is acquired, its source file is permanently locked, and the work will never exist again in any form.
"With Limited100, I figured out early that 100 was the right number; enough exclusivity to matter, enough scale to build a business," said Simon Wright, founder of Limited100 and OCTAD.ONE. "OCTAD.ONE asks a different question: what happens if the run is just one? Eight pieces, four artists, no repeats, no second chances. It's the same obsession with craft I started with on a Lamborghini Miura print in my front room, just taken as far as it can possibly go."
The Collection
An Octad is defined as an immutable group of eight distinct works. For this inaugural release, Limited100 commissioned four international masters of automotive photography, each given complete creative isolation to produce two defining masterpieces at a continuous, monolithic 340cm scale; a size more associated with gallery installation than print retail.
Five works are available for acquisition from launch:
- LaFerrari by Tim Wallace
- Ferrari Monza SP1 by Tim Wallace
- Ferrari Enzo by Thomas Boudewijn
- Mercedes-AMG One by Thomas Boudewijn
- Longnose Jaguar D-Type Continuation by Paul Ward

A further three works from the Octad remain unreleased. Prospective collectors are invited to enquire directly to be among the first contacted ahead of their release.
Each piece is priced at £38,888 and produced as a single, seamless fine art pigment print under acrylic glass; a continuous optical plate offering UV filtration and exceptional colour depth at scale. Acquisition includes full white-glove logistics: custom-built protective casing, pre-cleared international customs handling, and certified on-site installation by art engineers trained to handle the piece's 114kg mounted weight.
Why Now
OCTAD.ONE was conceived as a deliberate departure from the volume logic that built Limited100's reputation. Having grown Limited100 from a standing start to a global customer base, spanning the UK, USA, Australia, Germany, Canada and beyond, entirely through organic discovery and word of mouth, Wright identified a segment of collectors for whom even a "1 of 100" print no longer represented true scarcity.
"Buyers of our Limited100 prints care about craftsmanship and durability above all," Wright noted. "But there's a smaller group of collectors building serious automotive environments; private galleries, marque-specific collections, who were asking for something that simply didn't exist yet on this scale, with this level of permanence. OCTAD.ONE is that answer."

OCTAD.ONE operates as a curated initiative under Limited100, with acquisitions handled through direct, private dialogue rather than public sale, in keeping with the confidentiality its collector base expects.
